Our practice is made up of board certified Internal Medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and our supporting staff. We offer specialization in Infectious Diseases along with special interest in Health Promotion, Rheumatology and off-site Nursing Facility care. We have full laboratory services as well as:

- Chest X-Ray
- EKG testing
- Cryosurgery
- Neuroconductivity
We serve a diverse population with multiple healthcare needs.
Through our practice, we want

possible. We want to ensure that you have clear
understanding of your current healthcare issues as well as
assist you in taking a preventative care approach
to your health.
We always strive to provide you with up-to-date, prompt care in a team oriented, friendly and compassionate atmosphere. - To make an appointment, please call

- Please try to arrive approximately 10 minutes early for your appointment.
- Bring a list of all current medication with you to each appointment. We have
a form available for your convenience.
- To cancel an appointment, please call
434-947-3944. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at the earliest possible date.

Refills:
To obtain refills on current medications, please call our pharmacy tech at
434-455-5523. Leave the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Doctor's Name
- Name of the medication you need refilled
- Name of your pharmacy

Emergencies/Urgent Appointments:
Should a medical problem arise, please call 434-947-3944. We will always try to work you in for an office appointment in a timely manner. Please note that if we are able to work you in, you may not be able to see your primary physician.

Work:
All lab work needs to be completed 2-3 days prior to your appoint.

Blood
Pressure Checks:
- Blood
pressure checks available during office hours.
- The
shortest wait and the preferred time for a blood
pressure check are 8:00 AM through 10:00 AM.

Payment/Insurance:
- For your convenience, we will bill any insurance company.
- We participate with most Anthem of Virginia policies, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid, Southern Health, United Healthcare, Aetna, Piedmont Community Health Plan & Tricare. *Please call the customer service number on your card to find out for certain if we participate with your particular plan. It is the patient responsibility to be aware of the specific details regarding their own insurance policies*
- We request co-payments at the time of your visit.
